Rescheduling Your Appointment

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice.

This is important so that those on the wait list may be contacted and offered the opportunity of booking this space.

Cancelling Your Appointment

A full refund will be provided when you contact us 48 hours or more, before your scheduled appointment.

If you contact us within 48-12 hours before your appointment, it will be rescheduled.

If you contact us within 12 hours before your appointment, it will not be refunded.

If you do not show for your appointment, it will not be rescheduled or refunded.

A No Show is classified as someone who does not show for their scheduled appointment. Melissa will wait 10 minutes before considering you a “No Show”.
